Both works well, especially if the rehabilitation comes after the punishment. Sometimes I believe people know what they're doing, they take calculated steps in committing whatever act they're caught in and this is why punishment is very important

Yes I agree with you. No one will subconsciously commit a crime guess it's in a case of self defense so there must be adequate punishment for every offense
