Exactly! You're a role model to some in some way, no matter how old you are. It's true that there are people who watch us and look up to us who we might not even know. What we do and how we live can be an influence and inspiration to them. Which is why it's important to try and live right.
And it's important to ask some questions before agreeing to be a mentor to someone. Surely, it's an avenue for you to grow, impacting you as well, not just the person you mentor. Not an easy endeavour, yet a rewarding one.

Asking questions is very important except as a person you took liking to a person and just want to mentor them even without them coming to ask you first.
