We are starting to see similar challenges for young people here in the U.S.. Maybe not on the same scale as you, but we are seeing it. Even what used to be entry level jobs are now requiring people to have experience. I just see this as employers trying to pay less for more.

Now the employers r using another trick to play less as well. "Oh, AI can do better than you." Then why they r even hiring, because deep down they know they AI can't replace humans and like u said, they just use excuses to play less. Welcome to capitalist society!
