Run down of first quarter
Good day, amazing people of Hive Blockchain. Welcome back to my blog. It is another edition in the #hivelearners community. I am so delighted to participate in this week's prompt, the first quarter.
Wow, the first quarter of the year is here. Just like yesterday, we were all excited entering into a new year. Now the first quarter is here. Well, it has not been easy; there have been many ups and downs. Reflecting on this right now, I am kind of emotional. The past three months have really been tough, but I am so glad I was able to withstand the storms.
Of course, every year I always have a rundown of how my year will be and the things I would like to achieve before the year runs out, both here in blockchain and in my personal life. Every human should have a plan for the things they would like to achieve because it helps us achieve those smart plans we have. One thing about when I make plans is I always have this positive mindset that I will achieve whatever goal I set for myself, no matter how hard it is. I believe even in difficult moments I will still win no matter what.
I have my plans well planned; in most cases, things don’t happen the way we plan them. The first month was really a challenging moment for me. I bought birds that I would rear and sell during the Easter celebration. I invested all my savings into the business. I bought fifty birds, and before I knew what was happening, my birds started dying. Before I could know what was happening, all my birds were infected. That was how I lost all the birds, my money and my time. It was a disheartening moment for me.
My greatest achievement this first quarter is getting a work visa. Seriously, I was so tired of staying at home eating and sleeping. At least I have something that will always take me out of the house every day. Well, it's not easy to handle work online, but I am so cool with it. This first quarter has really been amazing; despite the challenges, I am still growing strong every day.
Coming to my plans on blockchain, I am so happy where I am today. I have always tried my best to make sure that I achieve both my blockchain and personal life.
The first quarter has not been a smooth road for me, but I am not giving up on my plans for the year. I am so grateful for where I am today, and I have learnt to always appreciate myself at every milestone I achieve. I am super proud of myself that even in challenging moments, I win.

The second quarter is almost here. I am so optimistic that the second quarter will be far better than the first quarter. There are a lot of opportunities; the second quarter is a win-win quarter for me.

The truth is that we all have plans for new year but then life will definitely do it own and that is why whenever we are planning something we should always have backup in case life happens along the line

It's sad to know what happened in your business plan and I think your plan was really good to sell poultry for easter. But with failure also comes with learning and the more we learn from our mistakes, the better chance that we succeed. Hope the next quarter to be good for you.

Hey, am sorry for your loss sis, life stock rearing requires a good experience,as lucrative as it is ,the changes of losses are very high as well. Yea, nothing becomes a success easily but being able to push through makes us a hero. The rest months in this year will favour us.
