Salary is one of the worst illusions of our time. You think you have money, but you really don't. You get it, and by the time you clear your outstanding bills, it's gone. And to survive, you'll have to work hard for another month. You want more money? You work harder! And harder. It's just a cruel way to live.

And I keep wondering how we accept this in silence... The system has given us invisible chains, and maybe it really is difficult to break free from something not everyone notices.
