Natural light getting into the home is very important! Now that you mentioned it, I just realized how bad it's absence could be. A room that you can't get sunlight in will always be smelling wet and it can even be dangerous at a point.
There are just so many things to look for when getting a new place. It's not easy at all. But we'll be fine.
