RE: Why Knowing the Risks of Sugar Shouldn’t Be Optional

It will be hard for someone to say in this generation that they don't know the side effects of excessive intake of sugar we all know and we decide to play ignorant to it ,because we just can't help it.

But there are some people who are actually taking it very serious because they know that health is wealth and for all those out there trying to reduce their sugar intake kudos to you all it's not easy.
