Every time there is a new topic to discuss, Gender Equity is given importance in many societies. The rights of men and women are considered equal, but such a distinction does not exist in society because different societies view it differently.

Every society has its own ideology and ways of seeing their rights. Gender Equity does not mean that women and men can be the same. Their rights and duties are different. Their honor and status vary in different fields, such as the field of education or many other such fields.

Women have a special place in our society, from here now men earn, whether it is in the form of business or job, it is considered good for a woman to work outside, she performs household duties while staying at home.

But in the case of inflation, there are some poor families whose men earn but their expenses are not met, so now there are some families whose women also have to work and in this way their household system runs, but still men do not help women in household chores.

In today's modern era, women are no less than men. They are running their own businesses, doing jobs, and are in a good position. They are running boutiques and many other businesses.

If both men and women earn, then they should also spend and save on an equal level because if a man's job or business suffers a loss, then a woman should cooperate with him and not try to look down on him. In this way, gender equality is possible.

Women should be given equal opportunities in education and employment because if women are educated, then future generations will benefit from it. If a mother is educated, she will be able to educate her children well. Along with this, in some societies, only basic education is paid attention to and higher education is not available to women because it seems that the conditions in colleges and universities are not conducive enough for women to study there. The environment and training there prevent some families from going for higher education.

Thus, various companies offer jobs to women, but they are not paid the same salary as men. If we look at it, women are more hardworking and interested in work than men. They should be given salaries and other rights on the basis of equality. This is how gender equality will be possible.

It has been seen that when a man and a woman get married, they are bound together and they promise to share their entire lives with each other, but some individuals do not give the woman the position she deserves and mistreat her.

It is important for any relationship to be on an equal footing, whether it is a husband and wife or any other relationship. Some family men, through mutual consultation with women, put responsibilities on them. For example, if there is a wedding function at home, it is the woman's responsibility to manage it and it is the man's responsibility to provide her with all the necessary items that she needs. Similarly, if there is any other function at home, the woman often manages the function. This is a sign of trust in each other and shows an element of gender equality in this.

If you also want to live your life easily and well, then give your life partner a special status and position so that he can understand your respect and status. If you live on an equal level with each other, not only will your position in the heart of your opponent increase, but he will also look at you with respect and consider himself safe.
