I have seen some businessmen who do not behave well with their customers and treat them harshly. Some shopkeepers or businessmen are in the process of earning a lot of profit, due to which the customer's trust is lost. Such businessmen may benefit temporarily, but they go towards permanent loss and lose their quality.

Such businessmen do not behave well with their workers either. They keep their salaries low, do not pay attention to quality, and are busy earning more visits. They have no relation to ethics.

I am telling you the story of a friend of mine who has a grocery store and has also done a milk and yogurt business. First of all, he bought good, pure milk. The seller must have been contacted so that he would get good quality milk and the quality of his curd is also very good. All the other milk and curd shops around him do not provide pure milk and curd and try to increase their profits. But my friend Ali, like me, who buys milk and curd, gets very good quality and his ethics are also very good. He presents it to the customers in a very good way.

Due to getting reasonable profit, a large number of buyers buy milk and curd from his shop.

If anything is pure, people pay more attention to buying it and do not compromise on quality. Also, if the merchant has good ethics, his business not only runs well but also succeeds with difficulty. The same has happened with my friend Ali. He has made his business successful in a short period with consistency.

Profit is also important for doing business along with ethics because if profit is not earned then the business can't run smoothly

For this, it is necessary to have clear intentions. If your intentions are clear, then you will be able to advance your business with appropriate profits

To run the business with consistency, a gentle attitude and good conversation with the customers can take you forward

It is also necessary to keep in mind that there must be transparency in what you are selling, whether it is pure or not. If it is adulterated, then you should inform the customer or try to give him pure things so that he comes to you again to buy the same thing

Here we also have to adopt our social responsibilities. Not only does the company have to think about its own benefits, but also about other people so that they also benefit. Therefore, you have to reduce your own and the company's profits. If you run a profitable business, then this business will grow steadily.

A good businessman works in a balanced manner. He does not leave the path of morality with proper profit to run his institution or a shop and keeps his customers satisfied so that his business always runs. This includes his consistency, dedication, and hard work, which he does not want to lose under any circumstances. He also treats his employees well and helps them when difficult times come. But on the contrary, some businessmen prioritize profit over morality and customers and get their temporary benefit, but they have to suffer losses.
