That's just it... Not grading would eventually make people lazy, leaving out that zeal to study well and it still won't leave out that spirit of leading in those intellectual students as they will still outshine as the brilliant ones though that may not be the main purpose of leaning out the grades sha

Hmm. We are humans, and we choose ot be lazy when we get the opportunity. So, a grading system is necessary.
