So then there are no observations of the wave's transit? Because as soon as waves are observed, they collapse into particles. The wave-particle duality. Particles only exist when they're being observed or measured.

I don't believe that consciousness can be created by technological means, however, it might be possible for a sufficiently sophisticated technological 'body' to house consciousness for a time. 😁 🙏 💚 ✨ 🤙
