RE: The Lark Cafe : Interesting Garage Turned into a Cozy Coffee Shop

Greetings, it's good to see you are still active on Hive. There is still a neverending stream of newbies onboarded by you arriving in ASEAN Hive Community each day. They now outnumber original ASEAN Hivers, and the diversity that once made ASEAN Hive an interesting place on Hive has me wondering whether or not to change the name to Filipina ESL Teachers Community.

At the very least I wish you would be responsible for the people you are onboarding just I am responsible for those in the ASEAN Hive Community. I have mentioned more than once that you really should start your own community because you have onboarded so many people. Veteran members and delegators maintain ASEAN Hive's voting power, but so many of you onboards are posting in ASEAN Hive and not delegating that it's upending our grassroots model that has kept the community sustainable.

Please consider creating a Filipina ESL Teachers or Filipina Community, and onboarded folks to there until they become familiar with Hive etiquette. With your own community you could easily monitor all of your onboarded Hivers. I hope you understand, we just don't have the HP to support this and it's increased my daily workload by several hours as I am constantly checking for AI due to unending stream of unvetted newbies without proof of brain.
