I totally get that feeling of browsing through books, hoping one calls out to you. And I agree - nothing beats the feel of a physical book, flipping pages, underlining and just being present with it.
Making reading a bedtime routine is such a great idea too. The way you described books stacked In a corner- not for show, but for comfort is so relatable
PDFs are handy, but hardcopies really do hit hard.

Yea, PDF are handy but the feel of a physical book is top notch. I just love the way I flip over pages when reading and it's easier to go back to a page to check something unlike PDF, you have to keep scrolling or perhaps an easy one where you type in the page and it takes you directly there but it doesn't work easy like that.
