Give me some time on the excel spreadsheet. For now, on your end, you would just:

• Add links of articles you reviewed.
• Indicate what, if any, issues were present
• If a review you made requires confirmation

I mean to make the spreadsheet in a manner that you can step through it very quickly with minimal interruption. I would then come behind and confirm your findings. Something to that effect anyway.
