Many Nigerians won't have a problem with it if the pay is worth it, if I am doing 3 to 4 tasks instead of 1, at least pay me well for 2 or 3, and I won't mind doing one for free.. but the salary doesn't change yet work keep piling up...

Exactly! Just as you’ve said, if the pay is worth it, I wouldn’t mind. And doing something extra for free would even be exciting. But that wasn’t the situation where I worked, they took much more from me than I was given.
