No any organisation would like to employ liability because it would be a waste of resources. There is need for to equip and get fit for any opportunity. I realised that in Nigeria every year a great percentage of graduate are produced but yet most of them are not employable because they have not develop their competency and proficiency level.

In this post i intend to share some simple tips that would help one to enjoy good opportunity. There could be other essential factors to be considered however these few might spur one to delve into more. To have an outstanding virtue to be sought after one should be;

Broken and teachable. When you believe you know it all and don't need anyone is the beginning of your journey to the land of failure. Always appreciate new things and desire to know more. Don't stop learning because there are more thing to learn. Go for more professional courses.
Have a planned schedule. It's not everything that comes that you go for. When you don't plan then you planned to fail. Planing will give you the opportunity to grow yourself better.
Have a good skill. For you to add value and have high level of impact you need to have a good skill.
Have a good mentor. I noticed that this generation neglect the issue of having a mentor a lot.
Practice what you learnt everyday.
