I finally installed this and it is working well! I hesitated doing it at first because I didn't want to have to install yet-another-extension and then the script, but eventually convinced myself it would be worth it. It's doing a good job so far, and I like the way it adds the emoji as well as turning the name red, as it's harder to miss! Bravo!
