Aha, now I understand better, thank you. Yes, sometimes it is at 100%, although lately not so often because I am more active and always upvoting something. But there are days when I take a break, so it regenerates and then stays at 100%, just sitting there unused. And I guess it would be good if the vote could automatically go where it should and where I set it to go.

Thanks again, now it is much clearer to me. I will have to spend a bit more time learning about it and try it out to see how it works in practice.
