Pacing and Clarity: That’s why maintaining a calm, steady pace, enunciating clearly, and avoiding filler words is vital. @tibox followed these rules very effectively, which, again, is no easy feat.

Visual Aids: The slides were clear and the text was concise, avoiding information overload. Even though the talk focused on software applications, you made the right call by avoiding live demos. Using photos and describing the apps' functions instead allowed you to maintain essential eye contact with the audience.

Engagement: We all love being the first to know something. When someone mentions "secrets," our minds immediately perk up to see what’s coming. It was a very clever hook.

Closing: Dedicating a moment at the end to show people how to contact you is an excellent idea. Making it visually attractive was a great final touch.

Room for Improvement

Structure and Roadmap: It’s helpful to provide a brief outline of how the talk will unfold. Doing this at the start helps the audience mentally map out what they’re about to hear, and doing it again at the end helps "lock" the talk into their memory.

    Example: "In this talk, I’m going to discuss my work within the Hive ecosystem. I’ll start with the 3Speak app, then introduce the team and its new features. After that, I’ll talk about the 'Mantequilla' translation app and, finally, I’ll answer any questions you might have."

Stage Presence: When you’re on stage, you own the space. We often tend to stay fixed in one spot—our "safe zone"—but it’s important to move across the stage and get closer to the audience.

Audience Interaction: Despite the language barrier, try to get the crowd involved. A quick question or a small joke at the beginning makes people feel much more engaged.

Lo positivo :

• Aunque al principio hubo un pequeño problema tecnico supiste recuperarte sin ponerte nervioso

• Dar una charla tecnica es siempre un desafio , hay que mantener interesado a un publico que mayoritariamente no es especialista . si ademas no utilizas tu idioma nativo el reto es doble , triple si tenemos en cuenta que parte del publico no entendia el ingles

• Por eso es importante mantener un ritmo de habla pausado y tranquilo , vocalizando claramente y evitando muletillas .@tibox cumplio estas reglas muy eficientemete y repito ,no es nada facil

• Las diapositivas eran claras , el texto conciso y claro , sin sobrecargar al oyente con informacion , a pesar de que la charlas estuvo centrada en aplicaciones informaticas tuvo el gran acierto de evitar la tentacion de usar las herramientas en vivo , mostrando fotos de las aplicaciones y describiendo su funcionamiento sin perder el contacto visual con el publico

• A todos nos gusta enterarnos los primeros , cuando alguien nos habla de secretos nuestra mente se activa y desea saber lo que hacer , muy buen truco

• Dedicar una pequeña parte al final de la charla para que el publico sepa como contactar con nosotros es una excelente idea , si ademas es visualmente atractivo es un doble acierto

Lo que podria mejorar :

• Es conveniente dar un pequeño esquema de como se va a desarrollar la charla , tanto al principio , para que el publico pueda planificar mentalmente que va a escuchar , como al final para que la audiencia grabe en su memoria la charla y la recuerde por mas tiempo

• Ejemplo : En esta charla voy a contar mi trabajo en el ecosistema Hive , empezare hablando de la aplicacion 3Speak , postriormente os informare del equipo humano que esta trabajando en ello asi como las nuevas funcionalidades , posteriormente hablare de la aplicacion de traduccion "Mantequilla" y finalmente contestare a las dudas que tengais

• Cuando tu estas en un escenario , eres el rey del territorio , tendemos a quedarnos fijos en un punto del espacio , es como nuestra zona segura , pero debemos movernos por todo el escenario, acercarnos al publico etc ... .

• A pesar de la dificultad con un publico que habla otro idioma , debemos intentar hacer interactuar a la gente . una pregunta o pequeña broma al principio de la charla hara que se sienta mas involucrado

• Te felicito , excelente charla tecnica en un entorno que no era el mas facil .No es dificil imaginar que cuando hables en tu idioma nativo el resultado sera espectacular , espero que sigas dando charlas de tan excelente nivel y poder escucharlas
