This makes me think about how much influence "yeyebrities" and public figures have over us. It’s crazy how easily people can be swayed by someone they admire, whether it’s for products, policies, or just about anything else, particularly in a country like ours. Not all of us have our own voices when it comes to matters to concern all of us
The idea that collective power can make or break someone’s reputation is pretty powerful, and it’s a good reminder of how some people can use their influence in ways that may not always be fair.
They have o. These guys have huge influence. A lot of Influential people were campaigning for Tinubu because they know they're going to get paid, and the lured the masses into doing the same. Now prices have done over 600% increment since Tinubu took over in 2023.
People don't think for themselves and make rational decisions, it's why we have a country where people adore popular figures.
We cannot grow as a country with people who are not psychological educated.
I agree with you with the part that we can't grow with the people without psychological orientation. It is sadden how it turns out like this. Most of those who voted for him might not know he would turn out like this. I remembered my boss at work told me we shouldn't vote for him because of what they suffered in his hands when he was the then governor. I heard he prefers to pay Agbero people more than paying a salary, won't be enough for staff, also he uses tax to take away the money he was playing then. My boss also told me he was the one that cancel tax rebait they use to collect at the end of the year. It is unfortunately that we find ourselves in this kind of situation as a nation. Imagine all his promises are not fulfilled apart from the part that he would widden the tax net and reduce the purchasing power of the people.
