RE: A game of dice and gambling

As they often say, youth is wasted on the young... When we're young we don't really understand love and heartbreak, or how to handle the emotions. If I had the energy and exuberance of my younger years combined with the knowledge I have now, I could more readily appreciate what I have and take advantage to use it wisely.

Young minds often produce the biggest scientific breakthroughs, I think because our brains are more pliable and able to think outside the box when we're young.

As far as relationships go, they do shape you. Some people do end up alone, many by choice and others by health or finances. At the end of the day, life is a big roll of the dice. You never know what you'll get or how it will turn out...

Yeah, I miss being younger, it came with vibrance and strength. I'm know I'm not as old in my early 30s, but I've definitely seen and experienced thing that makes me older than I should.

You're right when you say that with age and experience we could have made the right decisions, but unfortunately no one is young, maybe in their teens or early age and have experience. I think it's the mistakes we make and the pain we go through that makes us experienced.

I did go through so many relationships issues, but the experience of some others are far worse. I think we all end up alone though, since we're going to be buried alone.

Better to be buried alone than in a mass grave the way I see it! If is funny how as you age you start to grip and accept your mortality. I just hope the end doesn't come too soon!

Having the energy of youth and experience of age all in one would be awesome. Of course relationship issues are ubiquitous, no one can avoid them completely. The experience of those early relationships and heartbreaks make us better at relationships, and in my case a little more paranoid about ever marrying again!
