I'm the same, I used to love flying. Now it feels like being shoved in a sardine can with tons of other people unless you pay for first/business class. Plus I have tinnitus some of which comes from the military, but I suspect flying hasn't helped.

Yes, that is exactly the way I feel too! I've got some constant ringing in my ears too. I might have to checkw with the doctor about it sometime.
