So basically, people are buying a vote, from an account, that doesn't have any HP at all right now, meaning they don't have a vote worth any value. One must first buy some random new shitcoin, then by magic (people giving them their money) they'll have HP in their account and be able to vote. That vote will be worth nothing or maybe a little more, and that will spread across all the suckers who bought the shit coin. YAY!
Something like that. The more dollars you give, the more pennies you'll earn, while the one at the top gets thousands. LOL!
