I'm wondering if there are regular business strike of this coin for circulation or is this only for the silver commemorative series?

Aren't they pretty? Franklin only made commemoratives and circulation strikes. They produced proof and regular strikes though, these were the first I found on the non proof versions. The store had the two and I bought them, I haven't come across any others since!
