Regardless, I'll be going to the doctor to run tests if I take 1000mg for a month. That's over x3 of the proper dose. So, I think it's better to be safe than sorry.

Yeah, I guess... I've seen doctors who say stupid things, so... It depends. They are overworked, bored, and full of money. If you find the ones that care for their patients, sure.
