Leo Power Up Day - First LPUD of Year 2025!!!

Somethings in life will never be forgotten. Like Birthday of our kids and spouse although we might forget the Birthday of our parents :)

Likewise, on Hive blockchain, things like Splinterlands battles, Leo Power Up Day will never be forgotten as those are of most importance!!!

Today, we have the First Leo Power Up Day or simply LPUD of the year 2025 and how can I miss it?

The buy order for purchasing another 500+ LEO is still waiting to be fulfilled and that means, all I can power up this time is 298 LEP as shown in the above screenshot to my existing Leo Power of 6260 and this will take over 6.5K LP.

Yes, this shows my existing Leo Power and the amount of LEO I have.

Most of this 6K+ LEO I have is brought when the price of LEO was $0.3 as I remember and now the price has gone up to almost double and I think I can still afford this with the returns on blogs gone up a bit and occasionally, getting curated by leo.voter as well with my premium subscription on!!!

So, as per my this year goals, LEO is also One of those with an aim of reaching 15K Leo Power by year end of 2025.

Ofcourse, this was what I had set as goal for year end of 2024, but as the price of LEO started moving up exponentially, I couldn't afford it much as Hive Power goal was primary One for me and I am happy that, my purchase of Hive and powering it up is paying off now with the price of Hive is almost double than what price I brought it.

So, after the power up of 298 LEO, I now have 6559 LEO Power and another 8.5K is needed to reach my year end goal.

I will keep a good amount of LEO for the next power up day and I now have something in buy section and Hive Price improvement means, the HBD earned is also more now.

Hive price is not fluctuating much these days and Hive is being stable around 50 cents mark is a boon for us.

So, the 8.5K if I can divide it by 11 barring January month, it will be approximately 800 LEO I need per month and I will have to plan for that accordingly.

It might more buy in a particular month and might buy a bit less next month, but overall, it should be 8.5K by December of 2025!!!!

From a sub $10 worth blog per day, I am getting closer to $20 per blog and sometimes it's huge than that as I got a blog completely go sporadic with some big whales voting on it, but I am still on ground and know this is not gonna be a regular exercise and I will be still looking to cross $20 per blog!!!
So, that is it for this Leo Power Up Day and it's getting me to be a regular and I aim to receive all those 12 badges related to LPUD this time!!!
