Yet, another Snow Job Day and some Meds

I did the driveway so my better half could go to work at 7:30 this morning. The plow has not gone by and it probably won't for several hours since the storm is just starting.

It started last night but must have stopped for a few hours. In any case, here I am cleaning up a bit and making plans to go pickup some meds.

So we are good to go. Yesterday was extremely cold so I didn't bother starting the car. It started well for being -15 Celsius. This Matrix has served us well. It's a 2024, bought new, the last year they made them in Canada. Now has just over 160,000 kilometers.

The next few photos are from a side street from where I live with lots of new development in progress.

The first photo is at the top of the street where less than 5 years ago was all trees. This construction is on its 3rd year.

You can buy half a house for $489,999

The next one has been on the market since last September, so I am surprised it has not sold yet. I circled the sign showing a husband and wife team I have known since I was 15 years old. They are doing well. She got pregnant in High School and they have been together since.

In the next photo, I turned around to go back up the hill into an older section where I own a home. You can see on the right where they will be building the 3rd High Density Unit.

In the next photo is a small 3 bedroom house with everything on one level. I got it to address a health situation with my father. We decided to keep it and use it as a rental property. That was 25 years ago. Time fly's when your having fun.

Next photo is a bag of meds I picked up at the local Cannabis Store.

This is 28 grams, or an ounce for the Imperial System folks. It's just over 28% THC, a Sativa strain that helps manage chronic pain.

And the last photo, I am back home ready for the rest of the storm. Bring it on!
