Many of us are trying to do life without God. We wake up, we hustle, we make plans, we run around..... We post on social media, we chase money, we chase love, we chase validation...... But we forget the one who gave us the life in the first place.
What does it mean to do life without God?
It means you are carrying a load you were not meant to carry alone. It means you are trying to figure out everything by yourself. When problem comes, you panic. When you need direction, you are confused..... When your heart is broken, you have nowhere to go. You smile for people but inside you are empty. That is what life without God looks like. Busy but empty.
Doing life with God does not mean you will not have problems. You will. But it means you will not face them alone. It means when the night is dark, you have light. When you don't know the road, you have a guide.
I have tried to do things by my own power before. I made my own plans. I thought I was smart. But I failed. I was anxious, I was tired, I was always worried about tomorrow....... The moment I started to put God back in the cennter, thinggs did not becomme perfect, but I founnd peace.
Lifee maakes more sensee when God is in it...... Your money makes more sense. Your relationship makes more sense. Your pain makes more sense. Because you know someone bigger is holding you.
The Bible says in Proverbs 3:6, In all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths. That is the promise. If you acknowledge God in your going out and coming in, He will show you the way.
So please, do not do life without God. Do not do that business without asking God. Do not enter that relationship without God. Do not make that big decision without praying first. Do not live everyday as if you created yourself.
Put God first. Talk to Him in the morning before you talk to anyone. Tell Him your plans. Tell Him your fears. He is not far. He is waiting.
If you are reading this and you have been doing life alone, today is a good day to go back. Just say, God, I need you. I cannot do this without you.
Because the truth is, you cannot.
