Be A Good Example To Your Wards

Every dream of a responsible parent is to ensure that their wards are educated and well established in life. No one would like to see his child misbehaving or involved in atrocious activities.

I will like to share some principles that would enable us to sustain a godly home and environment for our children. There is a decline in the moral decadence therefore if we don't deliberately step up to combat this menace, it's gross effect might not be easy to handle.

As christians God's grace is essential for us to inculcate the right virtues in our children. One of the ways to keep tight on our children up bring is in the book of

Ephesians 6:1

The emphasis is on children's obedience to their parents. This is the ultimate thing Worthy of emulation. The further verse speaks about the secret of longevity. By default, when a child obeys and walks in consonant with the bible definitely it would result to long life.

Another principle that is vital to inculcate and raise a child in a godly manner is hinged on living an examplary life for them to emulate. You can't give what you don't have therefore practice what you preach before them.
As parents you don't have to talk too much instead live the life for them to see that's significant.
