That's very kind of you that you were there when your friend needs help especially their health that needs to be taken care of. You were there to help your friend that has no record in the hospital, does the agency doesn't care about their people? since it's an agency, I think it needed to help them because it's their people for the agency.

They are already old employees, Agency is no longer involve. It's the employer who are very lazy.
