I think she enjoys together with your company, you have lots of similarities like she is single and you were widowed. Just enjoy the life that you will have together and don't mind about stuffs. As long as you enjoy together, that's the most important.
15 years of working? That's really a long life to work, maybe you could just take a break together because life is not as easy as you think.

She's for good but me I have mission and willing to stay with my boss family. My work is lighter now and still have a salary. Hard to let go my job especially the situation in the Philippines now.
