i also have chickens at home and the hens are laying anywhere.Others cannot hatch because they are soaked in rain water..i felt sorry for the unhatched chicks..i am planning to build a coop for them too.

Nice, having hens that can hatch will make you have more chickens
but sadly 3 chicks just died suddenly😭..perhaps they caught a virus..
