Samgyupsal Christmas Celebration with My Second Cousin on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day

Have you tried Samgyupsal on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day? This Christmas my second cousin prepared for Sangyupsal on the eve of December 24 for Noche Buena and December 25th, the Roman Catholic Christmas Day.

We bought meat at Save More as the other ingredients were already prepared or bought ahead of time.

The last time I had Samgyupsal was during the visit of Papa's first cousin with his wife at SM, she had a seminar in Davao that is why we met and greet them there and they also visited our house at the same time.

My cousins celebrated Noche Buena first time with themselves at home only since their parents are in the overseas.

The eldest is a seafarer so he is happy to celebrate Christmas with his family wife and two sons.

They like Korean food, Kim Chi was also served along with Shabu-Shabu and Korean noodles.

I am glad to spend time with them for my Christmas vacation solo trip.

2 different settings at their residence and at the resort where the relatives checked in to stay for the night, they also had night swimming while having Samgyupsal they bought their own cooking ware as well as mini stove so handy that they can do Samgyupsal wherever they go.

Their family likes to go outing so it is normal for them to go on a road trip, go camping and have overnight at a resort.

That is the advantage of having a car and everyone in the family knows how to drive so wherever you want to go for family outing it would be more convenient.

I admire their families as they have the luxury of time to travel and spend for Christmas vacation wherever they want.

I am hoping to do the same thing for my family as it is fun to travel together, to go on road trips, family get together through outing or food trip.

Actually in our faith April 6th is the real birthday of the Savior Jesus Christ.

It is fine if you did not prepare sumptuous meal on Christmas Eve and Christmas day, I choose to travel alone.
