My name is Ellen Paran, and I'm 40 years old. I am a dedicated small business owner, managing my venture, and I also work as an ESL teacher, helping students improve their English language skills. Nestled in the charming town of Poblacion Sagbayan, Bohol, my little shop offers a delightful array of freshly dressed chicken, savory sausages, and a variety of other delicious products. As the sun rises, I immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of my community, working hard not only to earn a living but also to ensure every customer leaves feeling satisfied and valued. Each interaction is a chance to connect, and I take pride in creating a welcoming environment where you can find quality goods crafted with care. I’m truly grateful for the opportunity to serve you.

Every morning, I wake up at 5 a.m. and take a moment to appreciate the beautiful scenes of life around me. As I travel the road to our work at the Ibt terminal in our small town, I’m reminded that the journey to success can often be challenging and filled with bumps. It's a comforting thought to remember that, regardless of the difficulties we face, there’s always another day ahead to rise and keep striving. We’re all in this together, and every step we take brings us closer to our goals.

I maintain a rigorous schedule that begins each day at 5 AM and extends late into the night. My mornings are dedicated to working at the market, where I stay until 7 PM, often surrounded by the hustle and bustle of vendors and customers. After finishing my shifts, I transition to my role as a part-time ESL teacher, leading classes from 8 to 11 PM. This balancing act can be quite demanding, but I am driven by the need to provide for my family, ensuring my daughter has everything she needs for her education and overall well-being.

Even on my busiest days, I find immense fulfillment in teaching. It's not just a job for me; it's a passion that fuels my spirit. Connecting with my students and helping them learn fills me with joy and reminds me of the impact education can have on lives.

Lately, I've also decided to embark on a new journey—writing. I want to share not just my experiences but also the lessons I've learned and the adventures I've encountered along the way. Life is undoubtedly filled with challenges, but I choose to see my busy schedule as a blessing. It keeps me engaged, pushes my boundaries, and allows me to contribute meaningfully to my family and community.
