ASEAN Hive Community Challenge #150: What Truly Matters Makes Me Happy
Hello Asean Hivers! I am finally back. It took a while to fix my computer.
Happiness can be very broad, deep, or simple. Happiness is what makes my heart flutter and brings a feeling of joy. As for me, the following are the things that truly make me happy. In no particular order, start off:
Money
Okay, There are a lot of arguments about money making a person happy. Here is my point. Happiness in money is having to provide for my children in terms of food, clothing, and their needs for their school and being able to pay their tuition fees. It is somewhat of a feeling of fulfillment. And that fulfillment makes me happy. So my clients and students are as important as my happiness. Without my job, I will not be able to sustain the needs of my children and family. Practically speaking, having enough money inside my wallet doesn't make me anxious. haha
Food
Comfort food is my happiness. Food is our life. For Chinese people food is god. You can't live without food. These are my comfort food.
Camote fries

Crab and shrimp dip with vinegar and a clove of smashed garlic with chili. Yaay! so yummy and satiated 
Beach
I can't not have a beach visit in a month. That is not healthy at all. haha... The beach is a part of my life, our life. I grow up being brought to the beach for almost every week. I can recall the time when our parents let us wear swimsuits and bought us ice cream at the beach. I just love listening to the waves, smell the salty scent, and feel the warmth of the sun at the beach.

Pet
I like cats but I adore dogs. I like watching pet videos on the internet. They make me smile and happy.
This is my love, Thor. He is my youngest baby boy. I love our morning greetings. He is gentle with me but harsh with his dad. He slept at the end of our bed when he was young. Now that he is big, we kept him in this big fenced cage where he could run and play. My heart feels amused seeing him every day. I love you dog forever.
Family
The true essence of a woman is not just being able to conceive a child and bear it for nine months but in bringing up Godly, good manners, kind-hearted and assets to society as successful and healthy persons. That one makes me truly happy.
We may have misunderstandings but my love for them will never disappear.
I am happy with this girl's presence. She is my niece who doesn't have a mother anymore. She looks up to me as her mom, aunt, and friend.
Flowers
Flowers are a joy to my soul. It symbolizes, beauty and grace. I feel happy looking at them, arranging them in a vase and putting them in every corner of the house.
And of course, let me insert cleaning. Cleaning is very important. It makes the house liveable and tidy. Who wouldn't be happy with it? 
Oh! Before I forget, watching Kdrama is part of my life. It's my stress reliever.
What joy it is to simply have all these that make me happy, healthy, and at peace.

I have to agree with the money. Haha Without it you can't buy your favorite foods nor even have that dream travel. And speaking of foods, the photos made me hungry. I can't remember the last time I've had crabs! Your daughters look beautiful too, of course, kanino pa magmana eh di sa mommy. Hahaha. Also, hi Thoorrr! ☺️
Yeahh.. If we live in an agricultural or jungle world, we can plant our own food and harvest it, but our place is already congested full of commercial buildings and houses. Well, we could do that if we want, right? Society demands something that involves money such as insurance, education, transportation, and etc. Without money, it's just hard.
Yup, that's true. 😩 everything requires money now.

Hi teach! That is one pretty dog you have, another source of our happiness. And guess what, that crab and shrimp dish you have makes me drool and I remember that it is dinner time and I need prepare the food. Will continue engaging after the meal's prepared. Hello Teach!, sorry for the late reply. Just finished class. I made the blog for 3 hours just before my class at 5 PM. Yes, he is a pretty boy. My adodong, who greets me every morning with his big wide smile and "woarrr" sound. He is my youngest baby haha. Did you buy shrimp and crab for dinner? I am so happy to be back!
I haven't started watching IU and Bo Gummy's tangerine thing but i am so interested in it. I will definitely watch soon. I'll give it a time. watch, compose blog, class, watch, class, compose blog haha
I understand your point about Money. In this modern world, it is difficult to survive without enough of it. In terms of survival and sustenance of needs, money plays a very important role. We have similar comfort food except for the crabs because I am allergic to them. Yes, the beach or going to the beach is a source of happiness too. We need Vitamin D and Vitamin Sea (C) heheh... Beautiful mommy with beautiful daughters and niece, too!

Yes, @lj0806, it's not really that money is the measurement of happiness, but it allows the purpose to happen. Definitely, let's treasure what we have, and we all have one common thing, our family, the source of happiness.
