RE: Exploring the Health and Healing Properties of Efo Iyana Ipaja (Tree Spinach) in My Gardens

Spinach is a very nutritious plant, I had the idea that if it was cooked too much it would lose its nutrients. At home I had one in a pot, I used its leaves to make omelettes, but it didn't last long, it needs more sun. I hope you are in much better health and how fortunate to be able to receive medicine directly from nature.

Yea depending on the variant if spinach, but regardless of which ever type it's, it shouldn't spend much time being cooked, a duration of around 3 minutes is fine.

Thanks so much for your kind words and concern, I'm getting better by the day and excited nature is giving back to me as much as I've dedicated my time and effort towards it..
