It's very likely mr dragon (neoxian) own Minecraft server. He gives quests within this game to complete and often win hive prizes for it.
Hey Boss, not Minecraft. We citizens at Minetest (now luanti) server.
And yes, we have game night + giveaways. That's the MAIN and only reason I am there in the game.
