I only need to hold right? I don't have to stake or are there other benefits for staking?

There is no need to stake SIM! The 'SIM Power' is dynamically calculated based on how much you hold (over the past 30 days) - you are always free to move your SIM!
How about the rewards? Can you explain that too?
This part mostly. Is it Hive or Sim rewards that I'll be getting when I buy up to 8000 SIM. @ecoinstant
