Thank you much appreciated. There are a couple of drones gifted and bought which didn't make it to inventory. Also recently I clicked the Drone on one of my tree and then it went away.

I checked your entire purchase and gift history in our system, and it seems everything is correct: all the drones you purchased or received are registered in the game. What you likely encountered was a synchronization and display glitch that occurred occasionally, a random bug where confirmation could be delayed relative to the purchase itself, giving the impression that an item didn't arrive immediately after purchase, even if it was delivered correctly.
