Thanks! I didn't remember about it either, although probably it was mentioned when St**m Nova had its days. Yes, I believe we can some sort of OGame clone with a minimal Web 3 layer (as Moon is).

If this works out, we could see other old games (even old PC games) get revived as Web 3 browser games. @arcadecolony can make this process a lot easier. As for the immediate goals, we need to get more active users trying out HIVE DAPPs.
