I also turn down my graphic just so I can have better FPS for PVP, even though my FPS is above 100 almost all the time xD

Well you must have a good graphics card, and active the DLSS with AI, which surely helps.
I don't even have a graphic card, things to live in the 3rd world(poverty) š
