โพ For me, the biggest one will definitely be the 120 fps. I honestly can't get over the gull of those who question whether this will really make a difference! The Switch already struggles to play games that were released for its time at 60 fps!
And after recently completing Hogwarts Legacy (a game released 2 years ago), one of the major issues were the graphics -- something I, as a gamer from the Super Nintendo era, hardly complains about! ๐
Trying to fly on the broomstick was harsh; the trees' graphics would slowly load layer by layer, until finally reaching a 2023-looking tree.
โพ The Joycon features look neat! ๐ especially the mouse option. I think that's great for gamers who are accustomed to this type of gameplay.
(Uhhh, but I'll be honest, am I the only one who found the Drag x Drive game as a strange way to advertise it? I understand we're still in the age of, "Look, it's for YOU, too!~" but I was watching like, what the...

โพ Storage space -- finally!~ ๐ I hate being able to only display like, 5 games on my homepage!! ๐ค The only thing that I find strange, is how come Nintendo is the only company that can supply the memory cards? Is it strictly for profit? I didn't pay enough attention to the announcement and don't know enough about technology...
โพA cool down fan built into the console -- fantastic! ๐ I feel terrible when my poor little Switch begins to struggle after only 2 hours of straight gameplay ๐๐ค
โพ Confirmation of Silksong!! ๐ Finally! I first played Hollow Knight about 5 years ago and loved everything about it! ๐ For being a simple side-scrolling game, there was a lot of deep and dark symbolism throughout it. I'm really looking forward to playing this one! ๐

โพGameChat; why -- why?! ๐ฉ I can understand wanting to compete with the competition, but Nintendo has always been the "safe," family-friendly option -- and I think most are fine with that! It's why I purchase Nintendo: I want to have a relaxed, casual experience. I do not want to chat with other gamers, I do not want to see people's faces while playing Mario Party ๐คฆ
Like, I used to play Splatoon -- that was simple! You could interact with players, convey messages via emotes, actions, or even the draw option where you could write a small message. Then you could send a Friend Request. Then you could carry on that friendship via other means (social media, FaceTime, etc.). The Nintendo platform is not where this needs to take place!
Also, I have heard that there will be age restrictions in place for chat? Which is great, because what happens when some 10-year-old kid starts screeching the N-word? ๐ Bans, obviously? This just seems like a pointless headache for Nintendo to deal with.
โพUhhhhh, the camera and microphone? And I can't believe that more people aren't questioning this move?? I understand eVerYThiNg iS ALreADy SpYinG on Us!!, but I really don't like the fact that the microphone will pick up your voice over everything.
And don't try to tell me that Nintendo won't have access to every console, turning it on after you've turned it off, listening to and seeing private conversations and activity. Stealing recorded voice audio, putting it through AI to create an audio clip of you, saying you consent to blah blah in your own voice.
โพ What the fuck is up with the game prices?! ๐ฉ Nah I'm not talking about the "$80?ยก! ๐ญ๐ญ" -- why the hell is the "physical" copy $10 more?! It still isn't a material copy of the game, just a code -- why is it $10 more?!

The game prices are an issue for sure. Not sure what they are thinking there. I like the console, but why do they have to ruin it with those prices? Could end up hurting them especially when I saw people spamming to lower the prices on their treehouse event.
Hate to see the permission code to download the game (physical copy) at $90. Wtf is wrong with them. That's scam in broad daylight lol.
