Well, your posts haven't been directly in the FreeCompliments Community, so those tiny fc-curation votes may be proxy votes from BBH (if you're involved with that project). Otherwise, I actually haven't powered down fc-curation at all. There are some small delegations I made from there which shouldn't impact the vote.
Just remember that fc-curation votes on posts made directly in the community. The tags don't count - we don't even see them.
Regarding my personal account (freecompliments), part of the issue might be that you sometimes make 2-3 posts in one day, so the automated votes don't always capture all of those. I just manually put in some that I saw were missing.
