Indeed, but this test serves a few purposes: I want to see if you're capable of actually posting this correctly. If I end up correcting most posts, then there's no point in me hiring someone. Secondly, the ability to follow all instructions (which is most important during the beginning phase).
I did ask you to include vote percentages a few times, and you didn't - that's an example of following instructions.
