A mid-20s patient! A regular visitor to us! Over the last year, he visited 5 times with the same problem. He goes somewhere to cool down his âneeds" in a twisted and unnatural way! Within a few days of the âvisitâ, he develops painful urine with discharge from the private part. He visits a doctor (I believe we arenât the only clinic he visits), and takes an antibiotic injection and some oral medicine. He promises not to go down the same path. But, he is quite good at âbreaking the promiseâ.
Recently, he visited me. Quite a familiar face! He came with a smiley face!!
âWhat happened? The same issue?â I didnât even need to see his previous history.
âYes, the same issue. I want the same injectionâ.
âYou did it again?â
âI promise, itâs the last timeâ- with a smiley face!
âI donât believe you at all. You are an insane guyâ!
I checked his antibiotic history. Three different types of antibiotics were previously prescribed for him. According to him, the medicines work like magic for him. Thatâs why maybe we are his favorite doctors!!
He received an injectable antibiotic and some oral medicines including one antibiotic. He then left!

When people go against medical advice, they are already beckoning death to come. Too bad for him.
Hmm. It's bad for him. He already lost his morality. How, on the verge of loosing his health!

Does your clinic hand out condoms?
Our clinics give the people with this problem a bag with condoms, and brochures on places to get help. I am not sure what else comes in the bag.
They give bags to people they know are drug users, too.

That is too bad, it could help stop the spread of disease.
