Oh wow I first read 38 as in homes but damn, that's A LOT! We are with 50-60 apartments in total so that's not bad. And it's a big pool plus big field. Although I'm not one to lay in the sun anymore so I either dip in the pool, or enjoy the sun on the edge of the pool, don't need to set up a chair etc lol.
