Next, I'd like you to do the same for all of the June 3rd posts (after 8 pm EST, in about 3 1/2 hours from the time I post this comment). This time, you determine the HSBI and also, just for this time, write the vote percentage / Ecency Promotions you'd give.

I'll give you the guidelines I use (these are subjective and can be manipulated per individual situation):

1 HSBI / Vote Percentage 10-22% = Giveaways, Repetitive Type Posts, Very Short / Minimal Effort Posts
2 HSBI / Vote Percentage 23 - 35% = Giveaways or Repetitive Posts with Additional Unique Content, Posts showing additional effort and some originality
3 HSBI / Vote Percentage 36 - 43% = Original Posts with Considerable Effort and some Unique Insights
4+ HSBI / Vote Percentage 44+% = Highly Original and Unique Posts with Insight or Significant Research; New Member Introductions (if detailed)

Ecency Promotions = depending on whether the post should be broadcasted (i.e. new giveaways, announcements, or particularly high quality content)

Our goal is to maintain fc-curation's total voting power between 60-90%, hence the restrictions. I do permit my curators to give themselves 100% votes, but it's important to be aware of limited voting power.
