You can vote about 20 votes at about 90% per day average as voting power uses 20% of which the 20% regenerates in one day. Using 10% is 1/20 of that 20%. This makes it 2% if it were used all at once. Being spread out over the day utilizes a little more. Still a small amount, just more than 1%. !BBH !DOOK
