I most certainly take into consideration the meaning behind the words as well! Flowery language without sufficient content is superficial, and that's not helpful, although I do appreciate aesthetics as well.

That makes sense as a community leader you do have a responsibility to check all the meaning behind it. You doing great to be honest.
