Happy 60th Canada Flag Day

I am a proud Canadian and very pleased with our chosen flag that is uniquely Canadian. My ethnicity is Acadian and I am also proud of the the Acadian flag but I will always be Canadian first.

Because of recent behaviour from our southern neighbor I am seeing many Canadians displaying their love for our nation. Saying that we are the 51st State of USA is most disturbing, not cute at all and makes it much harder to maintain trust between nations.

Now for something locally that is most impressive.

A local artist in the community where I have lake property just completed an amazing image that is truly Canadian.
